During enrollment, how will my address be used?

When enrolling in Peak Power Savers Smart Thermostat Program, your address is used to verify that you are a qualifying Consumers Energy customer.

When enrolling in Everyday Savings, your service address will be used to confirm that you are enrolled in the Smart Thermostat Program (a requirement for participation in Everyday Savings). By matching the address that you enter with the address on file in our system, we are able to verify your participation. Sometimes, if we are unable to match the address that you enter with the one in our system, we will ask you to enter your account number to verify your eligibility.
