How do I know when an Energy Savings Event is occurring?

The evening before an Energy Savings Event, we will send you an email to let you know about the event, including the start and end times. Depending on which type of thermostat you own, you may also receive a notification within the app and/or on the thermostat itself. 

We will also send an email the day after the event informing you of the impact your home and community made by participating and providing you the opportunity to give feedback on the event.
