Which rates are ineligible for participation?

If you are receiving electric service from Consumers Energy and are currently enrolled in one of the following Consumers Energy programs, you will not be eligible to participate in the Smart Thermostat Program:

• Dynamic Peak Pricing Programs such as Peak Time Rewards and Critical Peak Pricing
• A/C Peak Cycling
• Demand Response Generator
• Renewable or Electric Vehicle Programs
• Net Metering
• Smart Meter Opt out
